Usually the "Decade" Group is reserved for pointers or links to the various years.
The "Year" links are usually presented in tables, groped in intervals of 10 years (thus "Decade").
The "Year" links are therefore individually selectable, and lead to the Working page for the selected year
The size and color of the link usually convey information, but in this case they are all the same size and black.
"Walker County High School" was founded in 1910, and became a part
of the City of Jasper in 1960.

Thus, the Senior Class of 1969 was the last to have "Walker County High" printed on their diplomas.
Note that for years outside this range (1910-1969),
the School was was not "Walker County High School,"
but something else such as the "Jasper Academy," "Walker High School" (no "County"),
or "Jasper High School," etc.
